Hello, Configuration1: Host: W7 64bits Guest: WXP 32bits SP3 I can connect/disconnect/reconnect the USB Serial Port everywhere and the guest system recognizes it. No serial ports defined on the VM configuration. No USB filters. Configuration2: Host: W8 64bits Guest: Previous The serial port never is created in the device manager of the guest OS. It appears in the USB devices menu with the status: CAPTURED. It seems that w8 never let it go the serial port to the guest OS. I made it work by creating a Serial Port in the VM configuration (Port mode: Host device) but then I can't connect/disconnect/reconnect everytime I want. What should I look for? Posts: 2 Joined: 22.
